Board of Directors The activities of the OCC are overseen by a volunteer board of directors consisting of members of the community, parents, Executive Director and Music Director. The Board of Directors meets on a regular basis throughout the year and is responsible for providing general policy direction and advice to further the mission of the Choir and to ensure organizational stability. The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing policies,strategic and fiscal planning, and development. The Board Members function as a resource and work with parent volunteers to achieve Choir goals. Mr. Robert K.
